Shipping Policy – We ship orders via standard USPS within 5-10 business days of order receipt. Commisioned artwork and special request orders are shipped in the timeframe quoted by the artist. We notify you, via email, when your order ships. We are unable to ship to PO boxes or outside the continental US.
Billing Policy – Your credit card will be billed when we ship your order. Please note: the charge will appear on your credit card statement as "KMartinOssege."
Return/Exchange Policy – If you are unhappy with an item, please return it within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. There is no need to call or email us before returning a product.
• To be processed, returns/exchanges must include the original order number.
• Please include an explanation for return/exchange, along with your email address and phone number in case we need to contact you.
• If you received an item damaged in shipment, please indicate that.
• Please insure returning products which exceed $100 in value.
• We will refund the price of the product to your credit card within 30 days of receipt of returned goods. Shipping/handling fees are non-refundable. However, if the return is due to an error on our part, we will refund the price of the product, shipping fees and insurance both ways (if applicable).
